- Resolution Time: We strive to resolve issues promptly, with a target resolution time of 24 hours for non-emergency support.

- Availability: Our regular tech support hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Emergency support, defined as critical issues affecting the business, is available 24/7, with a response time of 2 hours.

3. Maintenance and Updates:

- Marko Krsic will perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure the continuous and secure operation of your systems.

4. Compatibility:

- We will address compatibility issues that may arise with your Ubuntu systems, including hardware and software.

5. Security:
